Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel unexpectedly you have to inform Holiday Home as soon as possible by e-mail.
The following cancellation charges are payable:

• 15% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than 28 days from your arrival date.
• If you cancel less than 28 days prior to your arrival, there will be no refund and the whole amount of renting and additional costs will be charged.

We advise you to take a cancellation insurance to avoid costs.
